Additional Information
- Rental fee and times listed reflect the enter and exit time for the event
- The same person who pays/signs for the reservation/security deposit must pay for the rental fee
- Reservation/security deposit of $100 will lock in your date
- Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to rental date will result in forfeiture of Reservation Deposit
- Rental fee is due 10 days prior to your reservation. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded no more than 7 business days after event if there are no damages to the property and no cleanup required
