How many people can comfortably fit in the space?
The Gretna venue can host a party for about 60 people and a shower for about 40 people. The outside patio can host about 25 people. Dinner parties for about 20 people. Business meetings for about 20 people needing to sit at a table or 40 for a presentation setup.
Can I bring in my own food and is alcohol allowed?
We do not work with caterers. The hosts can bring in their own food. Alcohol is allowed as long as there is no selling of it.
Where do we park?
There is plenty of parking at both venues, but there is no designated parking lot. Street parking is available. There is no parking in the alley or in areas that block residents from accessing the street or driveways.
Can I rearrange furniture?
The furniture can easily be moved to accommodate your party. We ask that you put it back the way it was found to the best of your ability.
Do you have an event coordinator or decorator?
The venue is decorated to make hosting simple. We do not have a coordinator on staff or recommendations for one as the majority of our hosts prefer to decorate themselves. A little goes a long way in our spaces.
